ABOUT THE ART
The Heart of Carmel kitchen towel set showcases art from the front and back of a large painted heart sculpture by artist, Alyson de Guigné publicly installed in the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea.
The art consists of a covey of quail (Covey=fancy name for a family of Quails).
Towel 1: The iconic male and female California Quail complete with California poppies and lupin flowers in the background.
Towel 2: Four unique baby quails stirring around (spot the sleepy and distracted little ones)
